	HSM 300 Discsander ACCESSORIES

Guarding:

A full guarding system is available which gives greater security. It incorporates the normal quadrant guard which prohibits the operator from using the "up" side of the disc plus the unique feature of a height adjustable guard for the "down" side. This feature allows the operator to expose only that part of the disc needed for the sanding operation - potecting the hands from accidental contact with the revolving disc.

	Circle Sanding Attachment:

	A unique attachment that allows you to sand circular discs from 30mm to 300mm in diameter. The centre revolving arbour can be altered to take drilled holes of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 mm in diameter. Just cut the circle approximately to size and sand the finished edge to produce single or multiple discs of your chosen diameter. Invaluable for toymaking, design technology and prototype projects. Can be used with the table set square or at any angle up to 45°

	Extraction Port Reducer:


	This reducer brings down the size of the extraction port from 100mm to 58mm. Included in the price of new machines but is available separately for owners of older machines and replacement.

Guarantee
All the above accessoreis are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defect. To claim on the guarantee the faulty part must be returned to Hegner UK Ltd.


	Sanding Discs & H ook & Loop Backing


	All Hegner sanding discs are backed with nylon loop to attach direcly to the nylon hook matt that faces the 300mm aluminum disc plate on the machine. Eventually this hook matt will wear and we offer replacements. The grades and types of abrasive are listed below.
