Hegner Multicut 2S

The Hegner Multicut 2S is the direct descendant of our original Universal Saw and has all the features associated with HEGNER Fretsaws (Scrollsaws). Cast Iron base and frame, perfect parallel motion, 18" throat, 2 5/8" thickness capacity, 17 5/8" x 9" rectangular alloy worktable with dual tilt (45º to the left 15º right), self contained dust extraction ducting or sawdust blower, under table guard, adjustable stroke length (long and short) and the NEW quick tension release, choice of either single or variable 100watt induction motor rated for continuous use. Weight 21Kg. Easily our most popular machine, at least one machine is installed in over 5000 schools in the U.K. in addition to the thousands that have been sold for private and craftwork use.

Each Multicut 2S Fretsaw (Scrollsaw) comes complete with the following accessories:-

1 x Pack of blades with 1 doz each grades 1,5,9 for wood cutting, 1,5,9 for metal cutting and 4 machine coping saw blades

2 x Blade Clamps fitted in machine
2 x Blade Clamps spare
1 x Quick change blade clamp for quick blade change when pierceworking.
1 x Plastic table insert for fine cutting
