	DJ25 Jaws

	Ideal where the emphasis is on small work, good accessability and close working safety. They possess the versatility to handle a surprisingly wide range of projects.

DJ35 Jaws

	Deceptively versatile choice to complement DJ55 Jaws, or add an extra small work dimension to the popular DJ45+DJ75 (or DJ90) jaw combination

	DJ45 Jaws

	Unimpeded access, and slim profile makes them ideal for box making, spindle work, and small bowls, and an excellent complement to the larger flanged jaws. Bore takes the 11mm (7/16") Screwchuck, MT Carriers, and Fastloc, etc


	DJ55 Jaws

	Smallest of the more powerful "Flanged" jaws and a good single jaw choice to about 300mm (12") dia bowl work, and a bore to accept a variety of accessories.
	DJ75 Jaws

	The most popular first choice "workhorse" jaws, allowing much larger work to be confidently undertaken. Vis: 600mm (24") bowls – machine and skill allowing. Also ideal for shorter goblet (300mm -12"), & vase forms, etc.

	DJ90 Jaws

	Alternative "workhorse" choice for larger bowls (around 800mm – 32"+), and maximum versatility for specialist projects such as bangles, clock housings, etc, plus the added advantage of eight M6 threaded holes for extension plates for

picture frames, base finishing, etc – See DJE91 Jaw Extension Template below.

Extra Inner Ring (same as supplied with the chuck) are useful because they allow the smaller jaws (DJ25 to DJ45) to remain ready mounted.

	Fasloc Collet System:

	T he solid brass Cap & steel Body is mounted directly to DJ45 through to DJ90 Jaws inclusive (with or without Basal Flange), or alternatively in the DAH38 Accessory Holder for maximum accuracy. Suitable for all Duplex Chuck versions, the design also features matching axial registers to ensure excellent concentricity. The generously proportioned Collets are machined from a tough Acetyl Copolymer and have double tapers to ensure a good grip with maximal surface contact. Square sections can also be held in the collet slits. *Additionally the Fastloc Collet System can now be purchased with threaded Body for direct mounting to M33 x 3.5, 1"x 8tpi or 1 ¼" x 8tpi spindles.*

SCU06 - M6 SCREWCHUCK:

Designed for the TCJ040 jaws it features a replaceable hardened M6 Riesser screw to provide a good hold for related work from knobs to small bowls.

DSC11 – VARIFORM SCREWCHUCK:

Load directly into any of the jaws with a 38mm (1.1/2") bore. eg: DJ45 to DJ90 (previously JA06 to JA10). The Inner ring (shown in red) locks and stabalizes the Screwchuck to eliminate 'draw-out'. 	Cam-lock Mounts:

	Fast, low cost alternative holding where re-mounting or accuracy are not an issue. This simple single hole work mount is far easier to use than traditional Pinchucks, eg: much improved resistance to coming loose, good hole tolerance and no lose parts to get lost in the shavings!

Morse Taper Carriers:

N o need to remove your chuck for between centres work, or mounting a drill chuck (in conjunction with a drawbar), simply slip the carrier into the Jaws (DJ45 to DJ90), or Accessory Holder, Available in three Morse Taper sizes:

DMT02 = 2MT
DMT03 = 3MT

DBF38 Basal Flange:

Effective rear stabilisation for long unsupported work held in the plain bore of DJ45 to DJ90 jaws, eg: Goblets, deep hole boring, etc, to approximately 300mm (12"). Also jaw protection for Cam-lock mounts.

DAH38 Accessory Holder

Rock solid tool holder accommodates the Fasloc Collet System, Morse Taper Carriers for drill chucks, drives (ie: Marlin System), right up to heavy duty applications with Cam-lock Mounts.
